Why The Beatles Are Overrated. When I listen to a song, particularly of the rock variety, the first sound I notice is the guitar. As The All Music Guide says in their excellent Beatles biography "That it's difficult to summarize Just listen to the Beatles and you will feel better.
I think the beatles are waaaaay overrated, especially musicly. if you take away their influence, you are left with nothing. if they came out today, they would not make it. lets say you are talking about the greatest bands of all time, well someone will mention the beatles and zeppelin for sure. now look at. The Beatles peaked a long time ago. Note: Overrated does not mean bad or untalented, it simply The Beatles are definitely overrated.
