The Beatles Past Masters. Love Me Do, From Me To You, Thank You Girl. Past Masters is a two-disc compilation album by The Beatles.

When the Beatles' music was introduced to CD, there was a need to wrangle all of the songs that didn't appear on their original studio albums. When Capitol decided to release the original British editions of the Beatles' albums instead of the bastardized American versions, they were left. Compiled by the noted Beatles historian Mark Lewisohn.
These included: the version of 'Love Me Do' with Ringo Starr on drums, which is different from the Please Please Me one; all four tracks from the Long Tall Sally EP; the US album track, 'Bad Boy'.
Although they were probably the band that most transformed rock from a singles medium to an album-oriented form, the Beatles also released many singles and EP tracks that never made it onto albums.
